Travelled to Dallas for a bball tournament. The room and cleanliness were in good condition, but the elevators were very precarious, they did not feel safe. Unfortunately, our room was on the 6th floor and we chose to walk up 6 flights of stairs rather than get stuck on the elevator. There was a sign that new elevators were coming so hopefully it gets done soon. The parking situation was tight especially with a reoccurring conference they host. Overall, the room was comfortable and had enough space for our family. Plus the breakfast was enjoyable.

No one answers the phone at this hotel. Been calling for hours. No one answers the front desk. I even called the general Hyatt reservation number. They couldn’t reach them either. There is no other phone number to call. I’m trying to reach a guest at the hotel but to no avail as Hyatt Place doesn’t answer the phone.

There's something comforting about going into a Hyatt Place (and we've stayed in many of them in the US): the room layouts are almost all the same, the free breakfast has almost the same type of food of varying quality, etc. etc. This one in Dallas was no different. The room was comfortable and large enough. The staff was consistently friendly, especially Chay. Recommended for a not-too-expensive place for a few nights.

I was very pleased with my overall stay. Check in went smoothly. As I entered area of my room, I smelled freshness. The room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff were all friendly and worked diligently to meet all of my needs. The breakfast was good and the area was tidy.

We stay at the Hyatt because we have a large family it their rooms fit our needs. They also offer a quality room for a great price. We enjoyed this location and everything was great. We would recommend this hotel if you want access to everything Dallas has to offer.
